The cost of the book is a flat Rs. 350. We currently deliver to all locations within Nepal. We do not ship internationally at this time, but we are working to expand our services in the future.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
* Kathmandu Valley: Orders placed before 9 AM will be delivered on the same day.
* Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery is estimated to take 3-4 business days.
Please note that delivery delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to get your book to you as quickly as possible.
The flat shipping fee for the book is Rs. 350 for all locations across Nepal. The final shipping fee you see at checkout will be the total amount charged—no additional fees will be applied after your purchase.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your book arrives damaged, we can offer an exchange. To start a claim, please send photos and videos of the damaged item to our customer service email, "[email protected]."
After reviewing the damage, we will confirm the exchange and arrange to take back the damaged product and send you a new one. Please note that we reserve the right to deny an exchange if we determine the damage was intentional. To assist with your claim, please save all packaging materials and damaged items.
