Returns and Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date you receive your book to return or exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of use, damage, or wear. Please include all original packaging.

Damaged Items

If your book arrives damaged, we're happy to offer an exchange. To initiate the process, please contact us with photos and videos of the damaged item. After we review the evidence and confirm the damage, we will arrange for the return of the damaged product and send you a new one.

We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if we determine that the damage was caused intentionally.

How to Initiate a Return?

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a clear reason for the return at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times can vary.

**Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.**
